Terms For Catering
You must receive verbal
confirmation from a catering consultant to process your
order. An order placed on-line is a "request"
for catering. It provides us with much valuable information
that may save you time when speaking with us; however,
we will still need payment information and directions,
as well to verify there are no typographical errors.
If you do not receive a phone call
from us within 24 hours after submitting your on line
request, please resubmit the information, or call us
at 570-421-6868; your order is important to us.
You can pick up, or have us deliver
your order.
Terms of Delivery:
- We deliver within a 90-mile radius
from our place of business
- Delivery scheduling and availability
is on a first come, first serve basis
- For catering only, a $11.50 charge
applies within a 10 mile radius (other areas priced
accordingly), during the week
- Food Set up is included in the
delivery price
Catering Policies:
- A 30% deposit is required at the
time the order is placed
- Final payment must be made by credit
card, cash or certified check only
- A 72 hour cancellation notice is
necessary
- Prices on both Deli and Catering
Menus subject to change without notice
- We are not responsible for typographical
errors on our price lists
Services Available:
- Chafing Racks-- As a courtesy,
we have chafing racks available for hot foods. Are available for patrons to rent for 2.00 (An additional $10.00 deposit, per rack is required, which is refundable). Racks are complete with water pans, and (2) 4-hour sternos.
- Service Staff-- A service staff
is available for your convenience. The cost is $20.00
per hour/ per server, $25.00 per hour/ per bartender,
in addition to a gratuity equal to 12% of your food
charges. A two-week advance notice is required for
servers.
- Additional Paper Products—Some
of our packages include paper ware. We supply an amount
appropriate for the amount of food you order. Additional
place settings are available at a cost of 0.25-0.35
per place setting.
